Why Dancing

When was the last time you danced just for fun? Did you have thoughts of how good it feels?

Want to know the Treasure in those thoughts and feelings?

Everyday dancing is moving for fun without purpose or trying to accomplish anything; not even caring whether it looks good. Moving for fun without thinking is an opportunity to sense so much ~ inside our bodies and outside in our environment. And in sensing we become aware and present. It’s an opportunity for inspiration, intuition and wisdom to come in.  We slip into a state of nonresistance.

Dancing is a form of surrendering.

Try DANCING next time you have a question or problem to solve.  Sometimes, the solution will fly in, right then.  In any case, you’ve shaken up any “stuckness” from trying hard. So be on the lookout for an answer that makes you smile.  Who knew surrendering could be so fun!

Want to ramp up your experience? Find a song that gets you ENERGIZED.  Skype someone who lights you up.  Dance together and notice how you feel afterwards. How long can you be with the good vibrations?
